The ClientBook form
The embedded form sends the details needed to respond to your request — such as your name, contact number, treatment interest, preferred timing, payment preference and optional note — to ClientBook and Younger Sensation.
Submitting the form does not automatically create a confirmed appointment.
Health information
Please do not put medical history into the optional booking note. Treatment screening, consent and suitability checks are handled separately by the clinic.
